KMUTT Card Issuing Service

Objective

To issue ID cards for students and staffs

Service Scope

Provide ID card issuing service for lecturers, staff, personnel, and students including exchange students, short internship students, ESC students and DSIL students.

Roles and Responsibility

International Affair Staff Prepare foreign students request document
Card Issuing Staff ๐ Process the document from department, Human Resources, and Student Registration Office

๐ Update access control system database to include new cards
Human resource management staff ๐ Issue request ID card form for staff
๐ Check required document and photograph
๐ Approve the new card issue

Service Steps

Service User fills in a new ID card request form

  • 1. Staff can get the form at Human Resource Management department, Multi-purpose Building Floor 4.

  • 2. Students can get the form from The Hub, Student Registration Office, Office of the President Building Floor 1.

Staff
  • 1. Take the user’s photograph (in case a new photograph is needed).

  • 2. The card can be printed directly at the site.

  • 3. Record information to the card.

  • 4. Record information to the student/staff database.

Service Level

  • 1. Service user must have an Internet Account to login to the system.

  • 2. The completed request document can be submitted at:
    • ๐ Card Issuing Service, Student Registration Office (The HUB), Office of The President Building Floor 1;

    • ๐ Service hours: Mondays and Thursdays only, 08.30 AM - 04.30 PM
  • 3. If a new photograph needs to be taken, the card will be available 10-15 minutes after the photograph is taken.
  • If no photograph is needed, the card will be available 10 minutes after submitting the documents.
